We have two cottages on our working farm designed to a rural theme with Moher
flagstone floors and sugan chairs. They are finished to a high standard and have 4*
approval from the Irish Tourist Board.
Each cottage sleeps 4 to 5, they have two
bedrooms, one double and one twin, the double bedroom is en-suite with electric
shower. There is also a separate bathroom. Downstairs there is a large open-plan
living room and kitchen. The kitchen includes dish-washer, washing machine, clothes
dryer, oven & hob, fridge and microwave while there is an open fire and colour T.V.
in the living room. We have oil fired central heating (included in cost) and provide
fuel for the open fire. Bed linen and towels are also included.
Our 200 year old period farmhouse is situated nearby and the cottages have their own
private entrance and ample car-parking. We also have a rowing boat for guest use,
either for a spot of fishing or a leisurely row on the lake. Guests are welcome to take
a walk by the river or up the "Dunain", a hill on our farm which affords beautiful
views of the lake.
